We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to drive our membership growth and benefits sales this position will be reporting to the Executive Director and requires the ability to travel within areas of Southwestern Ontario to meet with potential prospects and existing clients.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Proven lead generation skills – ability to identify, and proactively prospect new leads by implementing a variety of lead generation techniques
Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls to book and hold initial meetings and follow up sales meetings
Promote member benefits, describe our different programs to prospects and assist member inquiries by maintaining the highest level of service
Conduct yourself with a positive mindset and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written – detail oriented
Professional sharp presentation skills, and must be tech saavy – you are no stranger to the mobile and app world
Ability to work independently while supported by a team of professionals to help you sell
Hold a valid driver’s license to to travel within Southwestern Ontario
3 to 5 years of Outside Sales and Cold Calling experience
Knowledge and sales of group benefits offerings is an asset
Knowledge of the construction sector is an asset
