Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist in supervising the cleaning and up-keeping of the private quarters and current location.
• Assist in ensuring that the cleanliness and tidiness of the private quarters and current location are up to standard.
• Assist in preparing and planning the work schedule for all housekeepers at the beginning of each month.
• Assist and supervise the tracking of the inventory of cleaning materials and tools, personal supplies, and linen.
• Advise on the accurate order of cleaning materials and cleaning tools, personal supplies such as shampoo and soap, ahead of time.

• Assist in detailing the needs of housekeepers for the training sessions.
• Support random deep-cleaning inspections on the work of all housekeepers.
• Comply with policies, procedures and guidelines in place to ensure quality of work.
• Follow up the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Diploma in hotel management or equivalent on the job training
• 2 5 years’ experience in similar field, working for reputable and high-ranking citizens.
