Associates & Senior Associates – Global PE Real Estate
Key Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Deputy Head of PE Real Estate, you will be responsible for supporting Asset Management activities, and tracking Business Plans. Support Investor Reporting in coordination
with the Operations department; support New Acquisitions Evaluation and Exits and activities of Senior Members of the Real Estate Team.
Salary:
AED 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate or any related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant experience and similar role
Must possess strong Data Collection, Validation, and Auditing skills.
Must be up to date with recent Trends and News in the RE Industry.
Solid Research abilities to support a detailed study of the Real Estate Market for Trends, Micro and Macro Factors affecting the Market etc.
Proficient Analytical skills to run Financial Models as well as Analyze all aspects of the Real Estate.
Ability to multi-task, manage time, and workload within a Team.
Possess solid or fluent writing skills required for writing Reports for internal and external professional communications. Possess oral communication abilities to effectively work in Team environment and present Reports and communicate Technical or Numerate Data in a clear and concise manner.
Work effectively under pressure while making rational decisions.
