Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and define targeted consumers insights.
• Set the brand strategies to achieve corporate goals
• Create plans / programs to materialize brand strategies and sales targets.
• Oversee relevant marcom strategies.
• Oversee online advertising
• Oversee clubs events.
• Set up KPI s for marketing activities
• Measure and report performance of all marketing activities both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Lead market intelligence activities and competitors activities identifying threats and opportunities and recommending relevant actions / solutions.
• Come up with innovative growth strategies
• Prepare monthly / quarterly reports on company s performance.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Relevant university degree: MBA is an asset.
• Proven working experience for 7 to 10 years, at least 3 years in a managerial / supervisory level.
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Highly creative with ability to think out of box
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent command of English language.
