Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Devise marketing campaigns with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers.
• Must have experience managing large scale online programs including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising,
• Video Ads, Email Marketing, and KPI analytics tools, Analytics.
• Develop and execute on ongoing inbound and outbound campaigns across a variety of product offerings, solutions, verticals, and personas.
• Continually source and analyze data, provide actionable insights into the global marketing team,
• and revise campaign tactics to optimize the lead-to-prospect-to-customer conversion rate.
• Manage several concurrent campaigns focused on customer acquisition.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
• Proven track record of defining, executing & measuring marketing strategies & tactics in digital & direct response channels.
• Ability to evaluate & optimize the entire customer journey from the top of funnel entry points through application to conversion.
• Work well under pressure and be able to rock it out with short deadlines.
