Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Receive payment by cash, credit cards or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at beginning of shifts to ensure the amounts are correct and there is adequate change.
• Greet customers entering establishments.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Identify prices of goods
• Resolve customers complaints.
• Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, etc)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
