Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Setup and ensure proper implementation of the contracts and claims administration strategy, guidelines, policies and procedures.
2. Manage all claims, review analysis and supportive documentation, lead negotiations and ensure efficient claims resolution.
3.  Advise Project Managers in all contractual pertaining matter.
4.  Set preventive actions to enhance contracts and claims management based on the analysis, follow up and related previous experience.
5.  Take corrective actions and closely follow up on major contracts management issues and all claims in coordination with other related staff and entities.
6.  Review and ensure the compliance of contracts management and claims process to related country local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. University degree in Business or Engineering.
2.  Experience in contract and claim management with an emphasis on EPC contracts.
3.  Excellent Command of English/Arabic.
4.  Excellent knowledge of Law and market standard legal norms.
5.  Negotiation skills.
