Client Services Associate Jobs in Jeddah
Job Duties :
Executing accurate and efficient administration of SAO and Review documentation including online trading and paper based applications
Maintain company database with accurate information
Maintain accuracy of all entries
Develop relationships with core clients
Maintenance and upgrading of the Compliance and Electronic files
Coordinate timing of investment reviews with Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure smooth workflow
Preparation of review meetings
Completion of records of advice and execution of trades.
Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer focused support role preferably within the financial sector.
Excellent communicator in both Arabic and English is essential.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail skills are required.
