An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis to join our Banyan Tree Al Ula team. To provide exceptional service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set .

Key Responsibilities :
– Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
– Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination
– Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
– Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
– Ensure food is good quality and stored correctly
– Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
– Maintains good colleagues relations and motivates colleagues
– Providing good and kind service .

Education & Experience :
– Relevant experience as a Commi Chef or similar
– Diploma/ BS degree in culinary management, hospitality management, or related field
– Proficiency in English
– Ability to work flexible hours
– Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation.
