Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Direct and propose continues improvement in cost controls cycle, results and reporting system.
• Responsible for review and analyze multi-project reports to illustrate the related performance in terms of cost, budget, productivity and projects information database, provide highlights and recommendations to top management as required.
• Act as a Business Partner to all project managers to support and advice to maximize the efficiency of projects financial performance.
• Follow up with Cost Controls Managers to ensure and enhance project management performance through issuing relevant reports, analysis, clarifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Dynamic and Creative.
• Professional verbal and written Arabic / English, Communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
• PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors of Engineering.
• English language proficiency.
