Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Handle and resolve parents complaints.
• Follow up on parent interaction.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the parents’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess Parents needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with parent accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Handle parent complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of parent interactions, process parent accounts and file documents.
• Take the extra mile to engage parents.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a direct client service representative (face to face) .
• Excellent command of English language.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
