Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Deliver retail orders, monitor how products are displayed and monitor retail inventory level.
• Promote products and services to customers and find what they want.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on communications in a timely and professional manner
• Regularly visit existing accounts, validating our service levels.
• Work closely with an operation to ensure products are available in a warehouse
• Cash collection in line with company receivable policy and procedures.
• Handle collection as needed in liaising with Finance and Distribution Teams
• Prepare periodical reports that summarize the sales activities and performance achieved.
• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through a weekly/ monthly sales meeting.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Experience working as a Sales Representative in FMCG/Retail business.
• Professional interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop relations and business network
• Commercial sense and acumen
• Persuasive and good negotiation capabilities.
