Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Research, plan, write, edit, curate, publish and promote content on social networking websites, interactive marketing, and related media.
• Write and edit content using our brand voice, whether it’s 140 characters long or several thousand words.
• Use creativity and storytelling to bring our brand to life on social networks, integrating with other marketing functions.
• Be part of conversations about company content, products, and brand to promote and maintain company reputation.

• Consult with business units on content creation and social media trends.
• Communicate effectively in written and video format, and with an eye for design.
• Work with creative agencies and partners, overseeing their work and providing direction.
• Analyze metrics and tweak creative strategy as needed.
• Deliver social customer care with empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Stay on top of social media trends and best practices, and actively participate on sites on behalf of the company.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of related experience required.
• Must have an understanding of marketing, advertising, digital marketing, communications, public relations and the ability to apply them to social media.
• Direct experience with managing social media for an organization preferred.
• Experience with a social media management system (SMMS) preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in social channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and WordPress.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns and optimizing based on pre-determined KPIs strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
• Must be adaptable, flexible and able to handle changing priorities.
• May be required to work outside normal business hours in alignment with social media.

Non-Technical Skills:
• Intelligent, ability to train, ability to self-study, loyal, faithful, commitment, dependable, can finish his tasks fast, ambitious
• Be excellent in written / spoken English & Arabic
