Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Response to clients’ problems and solve it.
• Support clients over the phone and online
• Preparing client master Data
• Test the reported bugs and report it to the development team
• Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks
• Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
• Develops and presents training videos and documents for clients
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Improves system performance by identifying problems, recommending changes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
V.Good knowledge of accounting
• V.Good knowledge in the production process
• 1 year of experience as ERP customer support
• Good knowledge of testing procedures
• Good knowledge in ERP systems
• Good Knowledge in SQL 2016 administration and querying
• Preferred to have previous experience in accounting systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Training & analysis Skills.
