Job Duties :
– Manage and oversee whole F&B operations
– Develop, innovate and execute creative food service
– Establish standards, policies, and procedures
– Ensure that all processes are aligned with these standards, policies, and procedures
– Gather feedback from management, guests, and customers
– Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections
– Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety
– Generate reports for Senior Management.

Qualifications and requirements :
– At least 8 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in Hospitality, F&B, or Industrial Kitchen
– Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
– Strong experience in leading a team
– Very strong leadership skills, independent, and operations management
– Thrives in a fast paced environment.
