Job Duties :
; Lead the service operations for any forthcoming airfield contracts in the region
; Attend customer meetings, reverting on client communication & work closely with the service team to implement service procedures aligned to Honeywell service
; Provide technical direction to onsite shift leaders for resolution of complex problems
; Ensure proper inventory control and ordering of spare parts
; Write shift rosters and ensure adherence
; Implement Health, Safety & Environment regulations at site with proper supporting documents.

Qualifications and requirements :
; Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
; Previous industry experience
; Excellent communication skills
; Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
; Demonstrated ability to operate independently
; Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
; Demonstrated ability to effective manage a team
; Previous customer service experience.
