Jobs in Saudi Arabia

• The objective is to provide end-user field services support at Customer locations as needed.
• Supplier will provide Workplace PC Support resources in support of projects in executed by DXC.
• Key responsibility is to solve the defect in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction and delivery effort.
• The customer engineer needs to use the appropriate tools and procedures in order to prevent and/or identify eventual issues.
• Priority for the Customer Engineer is to follow process and procedures under guidance from the Project Lead and DXC Management.

• Communicate clearly with end users regarding their request
• Install Hardware/Software as requested
• Work tickets as assigned for either Break/Fix or IMAC activity
• Update tools appropriately to track productivity and assets
• Attend meetings and training to ensure aligned with processes
• Assist/participate in projects as requested
• Provide hands/eyes for other DXC leveraged teams (i.e., server, network)

•All technicians performing desk side support services are expected to have an acceptable experience level in order to perform the tasks assigned to them to meet the required SLA s
•Warranty support will be carried out as 3rd party coordination of the respective manufacture warranty services
•Possess good communication skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
•Detail/quality focus
•Two years desktop/desk side support experience or MCDST/MCITP certification
•Windows 7 and WIN10 experience
•Exposure to Office suite
•Knowledge Asset Center a plus.
