Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Proven experience in Fund raising with Banks and Financial Institutions
• Proper cost allocation over multiple projects
• Cost Reporting
• Contracts management from financial perspective
• Participate in preparing annual budget and business plan
• Oversee Accounts Payable processes related to Projects
• Review and enhance the existing system of controls and financial reporting for development and construction projects
• Preparing the cost of revenue according to IFRS requirements.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Candidate should have Professional qualification – CA / CPA
• Candidate should have minimum 10 years post qualification experience
• Ability for problem solving
• Ability to be well-organized in a fast-paced environment, successfully multi-task, work independently and meet multiple demanding deadlines
• Driving License is a must.
