About the Client:
A well established group of companies with expertise in multiple sectors such as real estate, education, manufacturing and maritime
Key Responsibilities :
Attend tenants’ complaints and find the best solution to resolve the issue
Assign and monitor tasks to 3rd party maintenance company
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
Get quotations for all kind of works & check on the rates
Finalise AMC contracts & Vendor’s KPI
Supervise and monitor hard and soft services
Create a system and standards for all work.
Education & Experience :
Open to any nationals
At least 3 years’ of experience in the similar role
UAE Driving license is a must
Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized.
