Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Manage day to day activities of the Food Safety Specialist & Food Safety Assistants which include preparing rosters and maintaining Hygiene records.
• Report findings and to liaise with the concerned departments on preventive actions to be taken.

• Inspect staff accommodations on a regular basis for pest control & hygiene issues.
• Supervising Food Safety Specialists activities such as rosters and verification of microbiological reports.
• Periodically review the Hygiene procedure to bring it up to date with local regulations and international standards.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent qualification
• Extensive hygiene, food safety management systems experience in a high volume food production environment
• Proven experience in performing audits, liaising with auditors and local authorities
• Proven experience in risk management programs
• Ability to lead and promote a positive safe working culture in a multinational environment
• Highest standard of professional conduct including a high standard of verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff.
