Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Moves controls to drive gasoline – or electric-powered trucks, or tractors and transports material between loading, processing, and storage areas.
• Moves levers and controls to operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams and
• swivel-hooks, hoists, and elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, and stack material.
• Positions lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secures material or products for transport to designated areas.

• Hooks tow trucks to trailer hitches and fastens attachments, such as graders, plows rollers, and winch cables, to tractor, using hitch pins.
• Performs daily safety checks and documents same on forklifts prior to operation.
• Housekeeping of the Yard and Workshop and surrounding areas
• Assist workshop personnel as and when required
• Ensuring the yard security after any loading/unloading job
• Perform other work related tasks as assigned by the workshop supervisor.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Any degree or Diploma
• Should have 4 years’ experience as Forklift Operator
• Should have Valid Forklift Driving License.
