Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Greet clients and make them feel welcome and at ease
• Perform hair care routine session which include shampooing, cutting, coloring, styling and blow drying
• Analyze clients’ hair, facial features and needs, and identify and recommend beauty treatments
• Apply chemical setting, straightening or curling solutions, hair color, dye and tints
• Administer therapeutic scalp and hair treatments
• Perform scalp, neck and face massages.

• Learn new styles and techniques and keep up with the latest beauty trends
• Maintain an appointment calendar through scheduling
• Maintain work stations and sanitizing tools and equipment
• Follow strictly the safety, sanitation, and health guidelines of the clinic
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Assist in the day to day operations and management of the salon.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist or similar role
• Proficiency in hair straightening and curling methods, using hot irons and curlers
• Hands-on experience with various coloring techniques
• Knowledge of a wide range of haircuts, suitable for all hair lengths
• Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing
• Up-to-date with industry trends
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
