HR Business Partner role
• Responsible for implementing and coordinating the performance management system.
• Responsible for company employee communication and employee orientation.
• Assists with the carrying out of a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
• Assists with the monitoring of the company salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
• Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
4-5 years of experience within a similar role
• Multinational background is highly preferred
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality;
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff;
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs.
