Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Working with Shared Services Operations function to ensure smooth operations of programs
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
• Setting impact objectives together with Director of Programs
• Measuring and reviewing impact of programs and suggesting ways to increase impact
• Identify variances between actual and targeted impact and suggest ways of improvement
• Supporting Director of Programs in setting budgets, reviewing budgets and managing cost
• Presenting annual budgets to senior managers.
• Review budget requests for approval
• Forecast future budget needs
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
• Suggest spending improvements that increase profits
• Design and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Master’s degree
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including performance management and budgeting
• Work with an educational institution is a plus
• Previous interactions with government agencies and large employers are a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
