Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Update and follow up all foreign supplier’s accounts.
2. Follow-up foreign suppliers’ orders.
3. Follow-up raw materials orders.
4. Responsible and following-up clearance shipping and customs for all incoming shipments.
5. Receive phone calls and emails and handle them professionally.
6. Update the system with new products.
7. Prepare required reports.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Excellent command of English
2. Fresh graduate from suitable major.
3. Very good analytical, planning and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent Communication Skills.
