Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Acting as the first point of contact for the information technology department.
• Providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems / Hardware.
• Answering queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
• Providing help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user s satisfaction
• Monitoring and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
• Installing, testing and configure new workstations, equipment and software
• Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology and equivalent.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English Language.
- Excellent Information Technology Skills (Installing Hardware / Software, Troubleshoot).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Help- Desk in Schools.
