Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Ensure employees are using their IT Resources in light with the Corporate Acceptable Use Policy
• Keep computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs
• Handle installation and set-up for mobile and desktop employees
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to deploy the CRM system
• Support the newly implemented SAP system at Finance Dept.
• Ensure backup systems operate effectively
• Handle employees support calls in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain problem documentations and their resolution procedures for reference procedures.
• Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and employees
• Report system downtime and performance issues to Manager.
• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
• Assist in development and enhancement of IT systems
• Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
• Analyze system issues and provide resolutions.
• Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, stability, security, integrity and performance
• Maintain the company’s website and infrastructure.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• IT relevant degree
• Previous experience of handling the same role
• Understand support problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions
• SAP previous experience is mandates
• Foundational understanding of Customer Relation Management System
• Relevant high degree in IT related discipline.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and programs
• Understanding of networks, network administration and network installation
• Computer troubleshooting
• E-mail and internet programs
• Customer service: anticipate the needs and expectations of customers
• Able to cope with stress and change.
