Job Duties :
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Design and deploy networks and ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Handling Mobiles and tele-communication for all company
• Testing new technology
• Give SAP Training for staff members
• Generating reports as per managers request.
Qualifications and requirements :
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• SAP Certification is a big plus
• A technical, logical thought process
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines
• Strong Analytical, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
