Key Responsibilities :
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications
• Provide quality and timely feedback on accounts performances and concerns to the higher management.
• Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships.
• Manage complaints and conflicts with clients effectively
• Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support.
• Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Assist in developing company’s marketing strategy, and ensure its execution
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the higher management.

Education & Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.
• Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• At least with Sales experience will be advantageous
• Proficiency Microsoft Office software
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English Speaking and writing.
