Job Duties :
• Develop and drive sales in the region with defined sales targets to achieve
• Identify and appoint new distributors/ retail accounts and develop strong relationship
• Develop, adapt and implement overall brand strategy with local distributors in coordination with the various brand teams
• Visit markets regularly and drive business jointly with distributors
• Conduct training programs
• Seek and exploit opportunities within existing distribution network
• Stays informed about industry practices, new developments and direction of competition
• Impact product development by anticipating trends from competition and Industry
• Challenge constantly best practice internally and versus third parties
• Work hand in hand with the regional Marketing team to execute local GTM strategies.
Qualifications and requirements :
• 2-3 years’ experience in international sales, ideally within a distributor environment
• GCC knowledge preferred
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Autonomous, proactive, ability to interact with and co-ordinate between various levels of management
• Very good knowledge of English and Arabic
• Target Driven
• IT competent.
