Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Keeping work space clean and sterile.
• Clearly communicate treatment programs.
• Explain to clients the treatment protocols and policies.
• Suggest options that meet customer s needs and emphasize selling points of services.
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor is a must.
• All certifications and licenses required to perform services
• Preferred experience in working with aesthetics and skin.
Competency Requirements:
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Exhibit a strong worth ethic.
• Have ability to sell within a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Be able to inspire diverse customers and make them feel welcome and valued.
• Be a conversationalist who knows how to listen.
