Legal CEO – Riyadh based – Leading Legal Consultancy
Responsibilities:
– Bringing in projects from private and government sectors and achieving set targets
– Overall Operations Responsibilities (Finance, Human Resources)
– Managing all the company’s administrative, technical, and financial works
– Develop and implement the company’s strategic and growth plans
– Prepare and implement the annual operational plan
– Prepare and implement the annual financial budget
– Preparing procedures and work guide for the company
– Managing and motivating the team
– Supervising and supporting the team
– Assigning, managing, and following up on tasks
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
– Licensed Attorney (must hold a Licence in Saudi Arabia)
– Master’s degree in law or Above
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of law, with two years in a management position
Preferred skills and specifications
– Experience in legislation
– Experience in establishing legal departments
– MBA.
