Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the design and evaluation of luminaires in conjunction with the design and technical department.
• Part of product validation and approval process , including the technical submittals.
• Interact and work with the Commercial Team and Operations Team when necessary.
• Keep abreast of modern and changing technologies as well as standards in the technical design industry.
• Lead team, define priorities and individual growth plan.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• A relevant tertiary qualification in electrical engineering/interior design/landscape architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in similar position.
• Sound knowledge and experience of illumination engineering.
• Ability and experience in managing others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to work effectively in a team).
• Passion for lighting
• Ability to influence relevant processes at all levels
• Excellent training skills
• Language skills: Written and spoken English is a must
• Computer skills: MS Office.
