About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Show professionalism when it comes to presentation, neatness, courtesy, and service overall as an ambassador promoting the restaurant and hotel overall
• Take customer’s requests, special orders into the kitchen ensuring we coordinate fully
• Encourage customers to give feedback about the dining experience and suggests dessert or add ons as applicable while also listening to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately even to call supervisor as requested
• Prepare bill, process payments with cashier and thank the customer for coming with the hope of seeing them again
Position Title: Lobby Lounge Waitstaff
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Eastern European nationals
• 30 to 45 years old
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role from a 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality
• Home country experience is accepted.
