Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Receive the target sales from the product manager to distribute on different zones for accuracy.
2. Follow up on the achievement of targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis & report on deviation periodically.
3. Monitor & Report on the performance of each area to the area manager on a weekly & Monthly basis to ensure there is no deviation.
4. Ranking the top performers on each area and report on them to the area and the department manager.
5. Coordinate between the sales team and production sector for planning and updating the production plan.
6. Announce monthly and quarterly the top performers’ officers/Areas for encouragement.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Education : BA. Degree from any discipline university.
2. Experience : From 5 7 years in a relevant field.
3. Language Skills : Excellent Arabic & Good English.
4. Personal Skills : Good team player ,has the ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure.
5. Computer Skills: Good ( Microsoft Office )
