Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Supervises policies implementation and work priorities related to transport operations.
• Plan to ensure availability of equipment and materials to meet load demands and requirements of customers.
• Performs dispatching of transport fleet within established timelines
• Prepares rate classifications and coordinate invoicing instructions for all transport hauling and services provided to ensure accurate and timely submission to accounts for billing.
• Oversees daily transport trips requirement are met in order to achieve budgeted transport revenues.
• Maintain costs & expenses within budget
• Keeps detailed records to track budget expenditures and receipts
• Uses appropriate tools to track expenses
• Communicates budget allocations to employees and explains how to achieve them.
• Human Resources Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or Engineering or equivalent course
• Combination of education and experience
• 2 years’ Experience in Transport operations, hauling or similar field.
