Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Receiving the export manager’s request based on the business needs.
• Communicate with warehouse management to determine inventory of manufactured items and lotions.
• Prepare the package statement and send it to the export manager.
• Permanent contact with shipping companies according to the monthly value.
• Communicate with warehouses to determine the type and size of the container sent to the customer.
• Follow-up with the customs official to open a customs certificate and the date of entry of the container with the shipping company.
• Follow-up with the warehouse management of the shipment dates of preparations or chemical access.
• Follow up shipments with external procurement department.
• Follow up the entry of documents delivery to banks with financial management.
• Requesting certificates to refer the exported products from the laboratories department.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
BSc Degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good English and Computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Very good communication skills.
