Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Designing maintenance strategies for our CNC machines, procedures and methods
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to machine faults according to customers feedback
• Diagnosing breakdown problems (mechanical, electrical or software )
• Fitting new parts and making sure machine is working correctly
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores, and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
• Improving health and safety policies and procedures
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics department).
• 0 to 2 years experience in the maintenance field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have teamworking skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good investigative and problem-solving skills.
• High level of Resilience and the ability to cope with challenges.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources.
• Ability to think logically and methodically.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
