Job Duties :
Regularly monitor market analytics, and develop competitor and market assessments to support strategy & prioritization of marketing, operational and business development efforts
Responsible for budget creation and management, creating stewardship accountability throughout the team
Develop training program for processes, tools, business requirements to support ongoing education needs across the Marketing, Communications and Business Development team
Build an effective team by coaching, leading by example and recruiting, and promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.

Job Qualifications and requirements :
Candidate must have 2 years experience in Saudi Arabia and fluent in English, Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Driving license is mandatory.
Good communication skill.
