Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Following up on the whole insurance company activities inside the hospital and making sure that the services are provided as per agreed service level.
•  Regular following up on the insurance company admitted patients and facilitate the preauthorization producers.
• Switching insured members from outside to inside the medical network.
• Approve on providing medical service inside the hospital for the members with the gatekeeping condition.
• Issuing approvals on behalf of the insurance company as per agreed policy & procedures.
• Contact person for any service issues inside the hospital.
• Act as a roving doctor for quality check measures.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from accredited reputable university.
• Satisfactory completion of a one-year internship.
• Previous experience on medical insurance industry is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Shift based.
