Operations Coordinator Jobs in Jeddah. Currently we are looking for Operations Coordinator for our company in Jeddah. Interested Candidates Can submit their application.


Job Duties :
Collect data such as pictures from the site, sort them, store them on office desktop/NAS drive.
Prepare daily reports for clients as per the format.
Update the Operations Board in the office with all relevant details as mentioned on the board. Take a pic and post it on Stone-Pro’s Operations Group
Maintain daily attendance on Excel sheet as per the format of all the staff including operatives and non-operatives. Any absence/sick must be intimated to their respective LM.
Weekly site visit to validate the reported work progress as per actual work done on the site.
Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources on day to day basis and site basis
Assisting management on daily operational activities
Any other task assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications and requirements :
Minimum 3 years work experience as Coordinator in Saudi Arabia Construction/Facility Management industry.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power point and Word.
ERP/CAFM knowledge will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and people management skills
Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills.
