Operations Manager Job Opening

; Carries out forward planning and reviews progress to assure the objectives of the operations department are met.
; Compile/review/update departmental procedures/work instructions.
; Develop KPIs and reporting formats to be used by the Operations department.
; Maintain and implement effective procedures to ensure that Operations meets established quality and safety objectives.
; Monitors absenteeism and overtime, prepares department budgets, monitors expenditure.
; Implements programs and standards rolled out by Oiltanking Asset and Operations.

Job Qualifications and requirements :
; A Bachelor degree in Engineering
; 10 years of experience in the petrochem industry, and a comprehensive understanding of petroleum/petrochemical calculations and international industry standards.
; Knowledge of control panels, computers and other administrative/communication aids is required, with proven management & leadership skills.
; Fluency in English (both spoken & written), with ability to build and manage large teams this is a must.
