Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Assist in the assessment and recruitment of agents who will be responsible for fulfilling pickups and deliveries at the customers doorsteps and help with customer deliveries when needed.
• Work closely with our cleaning partner vendors to ensure high level of quality on all orders
• Identify inefficiencies and come up with better solutions to streamline processes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, business management or supply chain.
• At lease 2 years experience in logistics, warehousing, business management or can demonstrate operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with outstanding execution skills.
• A positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive under pressure and Aren’t afraid about taking bold decisions.
• Passionate about working in a startup environment with endless room for growth.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and web technology.
