Key Responsibilities:

• To organize daily operations and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Enforce and Maintain excellent Customer Service standards for the entire team.
• Monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
• Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Help increase profitability, boost customer engagement.
• Should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure smooth functioning.

Education & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar role.
• Certification in Hospitality
• Well versed with Arabic and English .
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Well Groomed candidate, available immediately.
