Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef
Supervise junior chefs or commis
Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
45 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
