Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
• Ensure attendance data is regularly imported on HR system and extract attendance reports as required.
• Review monthly leave balances (annual, sick, ) on HR system and coordinate with branches to ensure updates are done.
• Collect and administer data related to head office employees’ vacations, attendance, or any other transaction
• Ensure archiving of employee documents and filing system are maintained
• Provide all needed information and documents requested from any department related to personnel.
• Supervises and revises Labor certificates / Labor forms, Social insurance forms / Social insurance letters, medical insurance Procedures.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Graduate from Business Administration, Law or Related.
• 4 years of experience in HR personnel.
• Strong knowledge in Saudi Labor Law, and labor.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Work Under Pressure
• Problem solver and have analytical skills
