Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Heading, managing, and controlling the Picking process of items
• Coordinate with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to Queues and Picklist systems
• Strictly follow the health and safety regulation across all the warehouses teams and facility as daily practices and ways of working.
• Manage team performance & facilitate the proper environment for excellence, motivation and transparency.
• Evaluate employees and submit monthly incentives reports and annul appraisal reports.
• Manage teams attendance, Breaks, KPIs and annual vacation.
• Flexibility in working hours and rotational shifts.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• 3 Years Experience in Warehousing
• Excellent people management skills
• Flexibility in working hours and rotational shifts
• Very good analysis skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent command of English Language.
