Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Supervise the implementation of the system of the sector in its plant.
2. Compensate plant expenses and increase production.
3. Analyse the existing and future projects and the preparation of the necessary reports and to be submitted to the management.
4. Follow up the implementation of daily production with precision.
5. Follow-up consumption of concrete materials and achieve savings without compromising quality.
6. Follow up the plant balances through the accountant of the plant and follow up collection.
7. Ensure the site members engagement and satisfaction.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

1. Faculty of Engineering Post Management Studies are preferred.
2. From 5 years of experience in constructions or ready-mix industry.
3. Working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques including 5 s and six Sigma.
4. Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
5. Excellent Organizational Skills with ability to multitask.
