Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Pro-actively engage with Business partners, to provide support and guidance regarding strategic pricing priorities
• to drive value based pricing and to maximize the value of innovation
• Ensure continuity & accuracy & timeliness of monthly Pricing Reports & Business Reviews
• Support business by seeking ways to drive better product mix to improve profitability
• Monitor Price performance & alert key stakeholders in case variance vs targets
• Provide price change simulations in PL update process to optimize SGP through Price, Volume & Mix.

• Continuously improve Order Price and Profitability assessment tool to create transparent environment and support decision making process
• Enhance product value understanding to support correct product positioning and segmentation in the market.
• Improve Pricing processes and make sure proper documentation is done
• Support Business Operations Lead in developing profitability improvement initiatives
• Ensure Product database/ Price list is accurate and aligned with Regulatory inputs
• Work on key projects related to Pricing and Tender Management.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University/Bachelor’s Degree
• Ideally degree in a business orientated subject
• Min 5-6 years related experience ideally in managing tenders in the region.
• Proficiency in MS office specifically advanced MS Excel knowledge.
