Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Expert in stage gate process and its relevant PPM system.
• ATG leadership of projects until products reach the central warehouse.
• Manages multiple central projects delivery vs. agreed targets.
• Ensuring the best execution through effective project management.
• Supports marketing in submission of project proposal.
• Leads cross-functional project team, coordinates sub-teams.
• Develops and maintains overall project planning and timelines.
• Ensures project tasks execution according to agreed CSF’s and in agreed scope.
• Leads exhaustive risk management.
• Ensures functions alignment on relevant topics.
• Supports the project owner to deliver Project Learning’s.
• Ensures process and principles are fully integrated Project Management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• University degree essential in areas related to Business Administration.
• Expertise within at least one related function of activity delivery.
• Project management desirable.
• Delivers Consistent Results
• Creates Collaborative Relationships.
• Organizational agility
• Conflict Management
• Project Management skills
• MS project, MS office, Web based Application
• Fluent in English other languages are beneficial.
